MAINE GOVERNMENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Applications are open for the MAINE GOVERNMENT SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM.
We anticipate 50+ positions in agencies across Maine state government and in municipal governments covering a wide range of job categories including engineering, environment, conservation, law, education, data analysis, finance, economics, communications and everything in between. All majors are welcome to apply.
- To be eligible, students must be completing at least their second year of college and be either a Maine resident or attending a college or university in Maine.
- Internships are full time.
- The minimum hourly rate of pay is $17.00/hour.
- The internship is a total of 12 weeks (May 27 – August 15).
- Two-day onboarding workshop in Augusta, May 27 and May 28.
- Applications close on March 1, 2025.
