Job Summary:
Crystal Design Studio is looking for a talented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, and chat. If you enjoy creating great customer experiences and can work remotely, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Assist customers promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer concerns fairly and efficiently.
Use strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on our products.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Proficient with computers and familiar with CRM software.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Bilingual skills are a bonus, but not required.
