Duties and Tasks:
Answer phones and emails
Entry-level bookkeeping: recording expenses, organizing receipts, completing transaction records
Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members
Support quality assurance checks for various reports
Organize new client contracts, create invoices, process client payments
Maintain internal database: upkeep and data entry
Facilitate company calendars: holiday, time off, schedule variations
Scan and organize mail digitally
Record and deposit client payments
Requirements:
Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness
Intermediate spreadsheet skills (preferred)
Innovative thinking
Knowledge of bookkeeping / financial record keeping (preferred)
Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and G-Suite (preferred)
