The Northern Light Health RT Sponsorship program consists of the following benefits:

1. Employees accepted into the two-year accredited program will be awarded full tuition paid for the Respiratory Therapy program offered through Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC)

2. During the sponsorship timeframe, Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital will pay for the employee to attend class, labs and study, up to 20 hours per week.

3. During the sponsorship timeframe, the employee will work 20 hours per week. Employees accepted into the program will be considered full time and will be eligible to receive full time benefits.

4. At the completion of the program and certification, the employee promises to remain a Full Time Respiratory Therapist with Northern Light Health Maine Coast for 3 years.

To be considered, candidates must start the admissions process through Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC), Western Avenue, Fairfield, ME or hold an acceptance letter for the KVCC Respiratory Therapy Program. https://www.kvcc.me.edu/academics/programs-of-study/respiratory-therapy/
