Healthy Acadia’s Maine Alliance for Recovery Coaching (Maine-ARC) is hiring one full-time and one part-time Youth Recovery Coach to support young people ages 14-21 across Hancock and Washington counties.

We’re looking for compassionate, motivated individuals ages 18-26 who are in long-term recovery or are recovery allies and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth impacted by substance use disorder.

As a Youth Recovery Coach, you’ll provide mentorship, encouragement, resource navigation, and recovery support while helping young people build healthier futures.
