Beginning in Fall 2020, EMCC will be requiring students to have a laptop. If you do not have one, or need help getting one, you may work through financial aid to make that happen. Check your MyEMCC portal for more information, or contact with any questions.

Non-Resident Tuition $188.00 per credit hour
NERSP (“Apple” Program) Participants $141.00 per credit hour

College Activity Fee $3.00 per credit hour
College Comprehensive Fee $9.40 per credit hour
Information Technology Fee $9.00 per credit hour
Liability Insurance Fee $13.00 annual fee for health occupation programs
Matriculation Fee $70.00 one-time fee

Text Books

Payments for books and supplies are made directly to the Bookstore at the time of purchase.  A bookstore credit application must be filled out on MyEMCC, the student portal.  You will be able to purchase your books using financial aid in excess of your bill.   The Student must provide the Bookstore staff with their account ID card.


Room and Board

Combined room and board charges for 2019-2020 are as follows:

On-campus housing – Acadia Hall:

Acadia Hall w/ a 5 day meal plan is $3667/semester;  $34.92/day
Acadia Hall w/ a 7 day meal plan is $4065/semester; $38.71/day

On-campus housing – Kineo Hall:

Kineo Hall w/ a 5 day meal plan is $4067/semester; $38.73/day
Kineo Hall w/ a 7 day meal plan is $4465/semester; $42.52/day

(Breakdown based on a 15 week semester, 105 day total)

A meal plan is mandatory for anyone living in the residence housing on campus. In addition to the above, a $100 security deposit will be billed upon moving onto campus.

Mandatory liability Insurance

The $13.00 fee per year for $1,000,000 malpractice liability insurance is mandatory for students in standard health occupation programs. The cost for $1,000,000 coverage for students in higher risk health specialty programs is $55.00 per year. This fee is not refundable.
