Beginning in Fall 2020, EMCC will be requiring students to have a laptop. If you do not have one, or need help getting one, you may work through financial aid to make that happen. Check your MyEMCC portal for more information, or contact finaid@emcc.edu with any questions.

Non-Resident Tuition $192.00 per credit hour
NERSP (“Apple” Program) Participants $144.00 per credit hour

College Activity Fee $3.00 per credit hour
College Comprehensive Fee $9.60 per credit hour
Information Technology Fee $8.00 per credit hour
Liability Insurance Fee $13.00 annual fee for health occupation programs
Student Accident Insurance $16.00 annual fee for all students
Matriculation Fee $70.00 one-time fee
Course/Technology Fees $9.60-$19.20 per credit hour
Safety & Security Fees

Certification/Licensing Fee

$2.50 per credit hour

Text Books

Payments for books and supplies are made directly to the Bookstore at the time of purchase.  A bookstore credit application must be filled out on MyEMCC, the student portal.  You will be able to purchase your books using financial aid in excess of your bill.   The Student must provide the Bookstore staff with their account ID card.

 


Room and Board

Combined room and board charges for 2023-2024 are as follows:

On-campus housing:

Double Room w/ 5 day meal plan: ($2,541+$2,332) $4,873 per semester; $46.40/day
Double Room w/ 7 day meal plan: ($2,541+$2,860) $5,401 per semester; $51.44/day

5-day meal plans do NOT include weekend meals

(Breakdown based on a 15 week semester, 105 day total)

A meal plan is mandatory for anyone living in residential housing on campus. In addition to the above, a $100 security deposit will be billed upon moving onto campus.

Additional rates are in place for housing over break for students who are eligible for break housing.
All residents are required to pay a $65 resident activity fee per semester.

Mandatory liability Insurance

The $13.00 fee per year for $1,000,000 malpractice liability insurance is mandatory for students in standard health occupation programs. The cost for $1,000,000 coverage for students in higher risk health specialty programs is $55.00 per year. This fee is not refundable.
