● Availability: Must be willing and able to work full days, Monday through Friday. However schedules change nights and weekends, MIGHT be mandatory.

● Transportation: Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel to work sites.

● Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles.

● Testing: Successful completion of pre-employment testing is required.

● Safety Record: An excellent safety record is required.

Job Details & Pay

CPM Constructors is immediately hiring dedicated Bridge Construction Laborers to join our team working across Southern Maine.

● Schedule: Generally Monday through Friday, however nights and weekends may be required.

● Pay: Starting wage for interns is $25 per hour, based on experience.

Your Focus: Bridge Construction

You will be essential to our bridge and heavy construction projects, utilizing your knowledge of construction materials, tools, and safety protocols to ensure quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

● Assist in the construction and repair of bridges and related structures.

● Demonstrate strong knowledge of equipment, processes, and tools commonly used in the construction of bridges.

● Handle and work with materials including steel, concrete, and various construction components.

● Understand the safety rules and regulations involved in the work.

● Comfortable and able to safely work from scaffolds, high heights, and over water.

● Ability to understand and follow all instructions accurately.
