The Knowles Company launched a Recent Graduate Sales Agent Summer Program—an 8-week paid opportunity designed to help a 2025 graduate launch a career in real estate right here on Mount Desert Island. The program includes licensing support, professional mentorship, and exposure to a thriving real estate office.

We’re actively looking to connect with local youth and encourage them to build their post-graduation careers on MDI. Real estate can—and has been—that path for many. This program is more than a summer job; it’s about opening doors to long-term opportunity and community investment.
