Rangeley Café
The Rangeley Café is the training restaurant for the Culinary Arts students of
Eastern Maine Community College.
Lunch Service
- Wednesdays with seating at 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, and 12:15
(see accompanying schedule for service dates). - Reservations required (maximum of 2 on the books at a time).
- We are unable to accommodate tables larger than six guests.
- Service takes about 90 minutes; please allow time to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Each $25 meal includes:

$25.00 per person (includes a service fee in lieu of gratuity).
Cash or check only.
Additional gratuities are considered donations and support Culinary Arts Student Activities.

March
- 3/04 – Italy: Osso Bucco or Prosciutto & Asparagus Stuffed Chicken
- 3/11 – Greece: Phyllo-Wrapped Lamb or Sautéed Shrimp with Feta
- 3/18 – Spain: Paella (National Rice Dish) or Zarzuela (Seafood Stew)
- 3/25 – China: Shredded Chicken and Celery or Shrimp with Broccoli
April
- 4/01 – Closed (Spring Break)
- 4/08 – Thailand: Thai Chicken Curry or Pad Thai
- 4/15 – Caribbean: Jamaican Jerk Chicken or Grilled Grouper
- 4/22 – Australia: Pan-Seared Trout or Bush Tucker Barbie
