Rangeley Café

The Rangeley Café is the training restaurant for the Culinary Arts students of
Eastern Maine Community College.

Lunch Service

  • Wednesdays with seating at 11:30, 11:45, 12:00, and 12:15
    (see accompanying schedule for service dates).
  • Reservations required (maximum of 2 on the books at a time).
  • We are unable to accommodate tables larger than six guests.
  • Service takes about 90 minutes; please allow time to enjoy a leisurely meal.

Menu

Each $25 meal includes:

  • Beverages
  • Bread service
  • Soup
  • Choice of appetizer
  • Entrée
  • Dessert

$25.00 per person (includes a service fee in lieu of gratuity).
Cash or check only.
Additional gratuities are considered donations and support Culinary Arts Student Activities.

  • 09/24 – Poulet Bonne Femme or Grilled Lamb with Mint Butter

October

  • 10/01 – Poulet Chasseur or Seafood Newburg
  • 10/08 – Poached Salmon with Basil Cream Sauce or Veal Princess
  • 10/15 – Closed for Educational Purposes
  • 10/22 – Grilled Swordfish with Basil Beurre Blanc or Poulet L’Estragon
  • 10/29 – Broiled Halibut with Mussel Saffron Sauce or Tournedos Poivre Vert

November

  • 11/05 – Coquille St. Jacques or Roast Duckling with Four Fruit Sauce
  • 11/12 – Veal à la Française or Poulet Véronique
  • 11/19 – Stuffed Salmon en Croûte or Grilled Sirloin with Béarnaise
  • 11/26 – Closed for Thanksgiving Break

December

  • 12/03 – Filet of Sole with Hollandaise or Veal Florentine

The Rangeley Café will re-open in late January or early February offering International Cuisine.
