EMCC Commencement & Graduation Information
Applying for Graduation
All students nearing the completion of their credentials must apply for graduation.
Even if you do not plan to participate in the Commencement ceremony, you must complete the Application for Graduation in order to receive your diploma.
Students within two classes of completing their program of study at the end of the spring semester are eligible to participate in the May ceremony.
If you have questions about your eligibility or program completion, contact the Office of the Registrar at emccregistrar@mainecc.edu.
Diploma Processing
Students who have submitted the Application for Graduation will have their degree verifications completed after final grades are processed.
- Students missing requirements will be notified at their MaineCC email address.
- Diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on the application once verification is complete.
- If you have not received your diploma within six weeks after final verification, email emccregistrar@mainecc.edu.
