EMCC would like to congratulate the Bangor Fire Department’s Chief Thomas Higgins on receiving the Maine Fire Chiefs’ Association’s Fire Chief of the Year Award!
Chief Higgins has served as the Bangor Fire Chief for over four year and sits on EMCC’s Fire Science Advisory Board Committee. EMCC is so fortunate to work closely with Chief Higgins and the Bangor Fire Department.
