Booster Clinic on Campus
EMCC, in conjunction with the City of Bangor, will be holding a COVID Booster Clinic on December 2, 2021 from 11 to 1. The clinic will be held in the former weight room in the gym. They will be administering the Moderna and J&J booster shots. You can receive either of these even if you had the Pfizer vaccination initially.
NOTE: It must be at least six months since you received the second Pfizer or Moderna vaccination; only two months since you received the J&J vaccination.
Students will need to bring the following:
Fill out THIS FORM to let us know what time slot you will be attending. (The City of Bangor needs to staff accordingly)
Their proof of vaccination card so they can update it with the booster information
Their insurance card – you will not be billed but they may bill the insurance company for a small administrative fee.
Students are still welcome to attend even if they do not have insurance.
