Occupational Outlook Handbook (OOH)
For hundreds of different types of jobs— the Occupational Outlook Handbook tells you the training and education needed; earnings; expected job prospects; what workers do on the job; and working conditions. In addition, the Handbook gives you job search tips, links to information about the job market in each State, and more.
The instructors of your course have industry connections all over the state of Maine. More often than not, your instructors have worked in your field of choice for many years and even still do. By being a dedicated student, asking questions, doing well in any clinical, lab, or field placement, your instructors will be able to recommend you to any of their community partners for work after graduation.
